Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MS Power Platform Support Engineer with strong experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development, along with a solid background in support and DevOps practices. The role focuses on maintaining, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions, handling incidents, and ensuring smooth delivery of change requests while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for MS Power Platform applications and automations Handle incident, problem, and change management tickets within defined SLAs/TRT Analyze business processes and implement automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate Deliver change requests (minor to medium complexity) with high quality and efficiency Support UAT, production deployments, and hyper care activities Build and maintain knowledge base for known issues, solutions, and risks Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Manage code repositories, perform code merges, and ensure quality checks Proactively communicate with stakeholders and provide status updates Monitor applications and ensure stability and performance

Requirements

  • 5 years of IT experience with 3–4 years in MS Power Platform development Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas / Model-Driven) and Power Automate Experience in application support or DevOps roles Good understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes Experience with CI/CD pipelines and environment management Knowledge of JavaScript or scripting languages is an advantage Familiarity with .NET C# is a plus Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
