International Customer Support Experience: 1–4 Years Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office) Shift: Night Shift (International Process) Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for experienced and customer-focused International Customer Support Executives to handle calls/chats/emails from international customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound international customer interactions professionally
- Understand customer concerns, resolve queries, and provide accurate information
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately
- Follow process guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards
- Achieve performance targets related to quality, productivity, and response time
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in International Voice / Customer Support / BPO Process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
