International Customer Support Experience: 1–4 Years Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office) Shift: Night Shift (International Process) Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for experienced and customer-focused International Customer Support Executives to handle calls/chats/emails from international customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer interactions professionally
• Understand customer concerns, resolve queries, and provide accurate information
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately
• Follow process guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards
• Achieve performance targets related to quality, productivity, and response time

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in International Voice / Customer Support / BPO Process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
