SAP Techno-Functional Consultant (JIT/JIS)

Job Title: SAP Techno-Functional Consultant – JIT/JIS Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5–7 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong JIT/JIS expertise to design, implement, and support SAP solutions for manufacturing and supply chain environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-In-Sequence (JIS) processes, particularly in automotive or high-volume production scenarios. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure standard and custom SAP Fiori applications to support JIT/JIS business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders from manufacturing, supply chain, and automotive domains to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Design JIT/JIS processes and explore new solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. Perform unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support for JIT/JIS-related applications. Monitor JIT/JIS processes using Fiori-based monitors, tracking call statuses, material movements, and exceptions using traffic-light indicators. Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and user guides for implemented solutions. Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer as required. Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure system availability and issue resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with SAP JIT/JIS processes, especially outbound processing. Experience in SAP Fiori development and configuration. Good understanding of SAP integration points. Functional Skills Strong understanding of JIT and JIS concepts, including: JIT control cycles Packing group specifications Sequencing logic Experience working in high-volume, variant-rich manufacturing environments, preferably automotive industry. Exposure to SAP modules: MM (Materials Management) PP (Production Planning) SD (Sales & Distribution) EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Ability to understand end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in automotive or manufacturing projects involving JIT/JIS. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset with a techno-functional approach.
