Responsibilities

• Manage complete IT recruitment lifecycle Source profiles using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and referrals Screen candidates and coordinate technical/client interviews Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining closure Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports Mentor junior recruiters when required

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT recruitment experience Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles Hands-on sourcing & Boolean search expertise Excellent communication and closure skills
