Responsible for supporting the Spectrum platform by ensuring infrastructure stability, monitoring system performance, and maintaining production and pre-production environments in line with SLA requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver services as per SLA (TRT, availability, performance) Maintain production & pre-production environments Monitor system health and ensure high availability Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and deviations Support testing, installation, and deployment processes Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders Ensure adherence to operational and release procedures Manage infrastructure components (servers, DB, middleware) Continuously improve system performance and reliability

Requirements

• Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken) Strong analytical and structured approach Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a matrix environment Strong customer focus and self-motivation
