Job Description

Job Title: International Sales Executive – (US Process) Experience: Minimum 1 Year (International Sales Experience Mandatory) Location: Work from Office Shift: Night Shift (US Timings) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven International Sales Executive with experience in handling US customers. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of auto parts, handling inbound/outbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers for sales of auto parts
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Close sales deals and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell auto parts to maximize revenue
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain sales data and updates in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
  • Handle objections and provide effective solutions to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of international sales experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in voice process (US/UK sales)
  • Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of auto parts and car brands
  • Familiarity with CRM tools / Excel / Google Sheets
