ServiceNow Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow technical architect to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery, with proven experience defining enterprise ServiceNow architecture and leading complex platform implementations. As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will drive platform strategy, design scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions, and lead integrations and CMDB architecture across the enterprise ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with enterprise standards and long-term roadmap.
• Design scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Lead CMDB architecture, including data models, CI class structures, service models, and relationship frameworks.
• Architect and manage integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Oversee advanced ServiceNow configurations and customizations including Flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Architect and implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
• Ensure CMDB data quality through governance, normalization, reconciliation, and regular audits.
• Translate complex business and enterprise requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical architecture.
• Guide development teams and enforce ServiceNow best practices and upgrade-safe design principles.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution architecture, effort estimation, and client architecture walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, stakeholders, and leadership teams on ServiceNow roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and enterprise best practices.
• Strong experience designing ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery architectures.
• Solid expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side/client-side ServiceNow scripting.
• Proven experience designing complex integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow architecture and guiding delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills to present architecture to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in enterprise or multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
